A spring of events is coming to Lucca!

A spring of events is coming to Lucca!

Spring is almost here and Lucca’s calendar of events is getting more and more interesting.

On March 23 and 24, the second edition of Lucca Gustosa will be staged. The event features a tasty menu that involves the city’s squares to rediscover the most important local culinary traditions, as well as being a valuable and exciting opportunity to discover other cultures and countries, for a weekend of taste and surprises with esteemed professionals in the food sector and testimonials.

In addition, this will also be the last weekend in which it will be possible to admire the marvellous spectacle of camellias in bloom in the Capannori area, as part of the 35th edition of the famous Antiche Camelie della Lucchesia event held in spring for everyone who loves these beautiful flowers.

Vox Lucensis, the international choir competition, now in its 3rd edition, is also back from March 23 to 26. And we are happy to host the FMV Nisantası Isık Private School Choir from Turkey at our Hotel!

Until April 1, you can visit the “Qual occhio al mondo” exhibition at the Fondazione Raggianti. The exhibition explores Puccini the photographer, narrating the Maestro’s passion for photography, with over eighty original shots, for a unique experience: a photographic journey that allows visitors to observe the world through the lens of Lucca’s famous composer.

From April 5 to 7, it will be time for Verdemura again: the market exhibition dedicated to gardening and outdoor living which, for fifteen years now, has been held on Lucca’s historic city walls, while also extending into the bulwarks and the botanical garden. Over 170 Italian and foreign exhibitors will be on hand: nurseries featuring plants and horticultural species, shrubs, bulbs, garden tools and furnishings, as well as a range of artisanal products of the highest quality

If you were looking for a good excuse for an outing in the city… now you have more than one!
